Our production consists of six stages. We run the entire process in our own plant, from selecting the raw material to the final form, with dimensional and quality checks at the end of every stage.
A quality tube starts with the right raw material. We source mother tubes only from certified, reliable suppliers and inspect every batch before accepting it.

Mother tubes are drawn cold through precision dies. This brings the tube to the required outside diameter and wall thickness within EN 10305 tolerances while improving surface quality and mechanical properties.

Slight bends that may occur during drawing are removed on rotary straightening machines. Straightness is checked against the limits in the EN 10305 standards.

Tubes are cut to the customer's required length on CNC-controlled cutting machines, leaving clean, even cut faces.

Cut tubes are machined on CNC-controlled end finishing machines. Ends are chamfered and countersunk to drawing and the part is brought to its final length.

Flaring, bulging and similar forming operations are carried out to the geometry on the drawing, so the tube reaches the customer as a part ready for assembly.
