- How long does it take to prepare a quote?
- Quotes for standard sizes are prepared quickly. For custom parts that require a drawing, the review may take a little longer.
- Is there a minimum order quantity?
- The minimum quantity depends on the size and the operations required. Once we have your enquiry, we will give you a clear answer.
- Do you produce non-standard sizes?
- Yes. Within 10–80 mm diameter and 1–7 mm wall thickness, we produce custom sizes to your drawing.
- Which standards do you manufacture to?
- We manufacture to EN 10305-1 and EN 10305-2 and also consider customer-specific specifications.
- Do you provide test reports?
- Yes. On request, we add eddy current, tensile and hardness test reports together with the material certificate to your order.
- How is shipping handled?
- We agree on the shipping method, delivery terms and place of delivery with you when the order is placed.
